The Leading Transformational Change Forum is dedicated to empowering executives, managers, and change leaders with the skills and insights needed to drive transformative change on the individual, team, organizational, and societal levels.

Taking place from Wednesday, November 1 to Friday, November 3, 2023, this forum featured industry experts and thought leaders sharing their experiences, strategies, and best practices on a wide range of topics related to leading transformational change.

The LTC Forum was created by the Consortium for Change (C4C), powered by 1BusinessWorld, and inspired by the book, The Secret Sauce for Leading Transformational Change.
